SNAP-Ed Stakeholder Session Webinar

In late December 2020, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 mandated a 2% set-aside from SNAP-Ed state allocations for FY 2021. The funds were to be used for administration, training and technical assistance, and pilot projects. 

Webinar includes:

• Opening remarks by Jessica Shahin, Associate Administrator, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
• Explanation of how FY 2021 final allocations were calculated, with clarification on changes due to the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
• Presentation of technical assistance and special projects to be implemented using 2% funding.
• Question and Answer Session.
